You have to look at the certified pdf for the serial numbers. All the serial numbers to my understanding are on the certified pdf for both certified and non certified. This is how it was for the oil squirter SB as well and I'm assuming how they do it with all SB's.

hi David.
Go look at the list of SB. One is for the injected S, iS, version. It has only 2 pages. you must look for the certified version iSc, the small c is for certified. That version has 16 pages and contains the details of the work and the pages of serial numbers involved.
As an example there is a 916 iS, this is not certified. There is also a 916 iSc, this version is certified. To simplify details of the work and the appendix with the serial list this is only shown in the certified SB version.
So what Jared says is correct.
Cheers

I don’t quite understand why your instructional video is incomplete, and the instructions on the forum are also unclear—or maybe I’m missing something. The service bulletin clearly states that there are two criteria.
A: Checking the serial number of your engine.
Or
B: The listed part numbers that your engine may contain, even if it’s new.
You should also emphasize that checking criterion B is important. Unless I’m wrong—if so, please correct me.

Hi Pawel,
This is exactly why we initiated discussions on the forum.
Criterion B lists all the parts affected if they were delivered as spare parts during engine repair, maintenance, or general overhaul, specifically for parts delivered from September 1, 2023, to November 30, 2024.
This is also mentioned around the 1-minute mark at the beginning of the video.
The video also states that it is important to download and thoroughly read the Service Bulletin and any related information directly associated with the subject matter of the video. The content provided is intended for general guidance and should never be considered a substitute for the information contained in the most current manuals or supplementary BRP-Rotax documents.
