I could be wrong, but it looks to me like there is a communication issue between your generators and the CAN Bus.  912iS starts up on Generator B and when the RPMs get raised (I forget the threshold off the top of my head) the system switches over to Generator A.  It seems like that switch over isn't happening, maybe because of a communications error.  I would start with connections and wiring and make sure all your wires and pins are secure.

So, William T Sollenberger, What was the solution? What did you, or your Rotax technician, do to correct this fault?

Folks, please, please, please return and report back what was found and how did you fix it.  I see this over and over in almost every type of forum there is, and frankly, I find it awfully selfish.

IF I HAVE a check engine light on my 2011 Honda (one that is beyond my scope and skillset) and I google, I may find hundreds of relevant threads with the same exact code and fault. The afflicted member asks and the community answers... A lot of answers and suggestions and a few guesses. I read and read and then... no punch line, no resolution, no feedback !

I get it, we are trying to fix our stuff and once we get it running, we excitedly, we want go flying. Forget all those volunteers and forget all the folks in the future who may have the same malfunction???

THESE FORUMS, all forums, can be the greatest repository of knowledge and solutions... but only if the answers are confirmed, by your feedback.

Kurt, I haven’t posted any feedback because I haven’t had a solution(s) to the issues I had to deal with. Until maybe 3 weeks ago. That post was just a small part of things over the last 2- 2 1/2 years that I’ve tried to solve. It hasn’t helped not having access to the Buds Codes. I have my 3” 3 ring notebooks of notes. I would happy to share what I have with you ,however I don’t have any direct answers.
