I have a question. I’ve done my power consumption report and it’s getting close to 19 amps ! . Is it possible to find more powerful generators that can be installed as a direct replacement for the original one?

Rotax offers an external alternator (example: for 912ULS), but not a higher-current replacement for the integrated stator.
Edge Performance in Norway lists several options for stator upgrades or add-ons in their web store but I think you may find that some models have been discontinued. You can contact them directly or reach out to one of their dealers.

When you do your load analysis, remember to consider the duty cycle of electrical loads. For example, the VHF radio specifications might show a peak current draw during transmit, but that's only valid for a tiny fraction of the time. The same applies for the transponder, just with a higher duty cycle. Ditto for strobes, and even landing lights if they flash or wig-wag. The only relatively constant loads in the plane will be the engine electronics (ignition, and if you have an iS engine, the ECU), the instrument panel and always-on lights.

Thanks @Eric Page, so I found another system. It’s an alternator that connects directly to the gears intended for the hydraulic propeller drive. I’ll take a look and keep you posted. https://bandc.com/product/sf301-alternator-30-amps-homebuilt/

That B&C alternator is intended to mount on the vacuum pump pad of a Lycoming or Continental. There's nothing like that on a Rotax.
Only the Rotax Type 3 gearbox has a propeller governor pad, and its drive spline is not the same as the Lycoming and Continental accessory drive.

I have seen the below installation for a special UL aircraft with electric power hungry GEO scanning devices.....
