thank you very much.

Has to be either too lean for the fuel, poor air flow or poor coolant circulation. Check each one and eliminate each until you find the problem.

at first we used 40:1 fuel about 30L,after that we change to 50:1.it is new engine.
cooling system work very well, but we doubt the water tank too small only 40cmX20cm with 2.5L capacity.is it small?
about air flow we don't know how calculate it .....it assembled near propeller on uppon of engine or say on top of pilot.

What is the outside air temperature?
What altitude are you operating at?
Is the prop pitched too course, can you achieve 6800 rpm at wide open throttle?
What are you using for a coolant fluid?
Do you have an exhaust restriction, or is the exhaust modified?
Do you have exhaust gas temperature guages, what do they indicate?
Give us some more information and include a picture of the installation.

What is the outside air temperature? HOW TO CHECKING?IN AIR OR GROUND?
What altitude are you operating at? NORMALLY 200m TO 300m.
Is the prop pitched too course, can you achieve 6800 rpm at wide open throttle?WE NEVER TRY GIVE FULL THROTTLE IN THE FLY,ALMOST AROUND 6000rpm.
What are you using for a coolant fluid?COOLING WATER 50:50.
Do you have an exhaust restriction, or is the exhaust modified?ENGIEN EQUIPMENT WITH EXHAUST INDICATOR AND NEVER CHANGE ANY THING.
Do you have exhaust gas temperature guages, what do they indicate?IT'S NORMALLY
Give us some more information and include a picture of the installation.

I cannot see anything wrong with your installation, that leads me back to the question on your propeller pitch. If you are not pitched correctly then the carb jetting charts are not applicable and could be causing a problem. Your static rpm on the ground should be around 6400 and your wide open throttle rpm at flight attitude should be 6700 - 6800. The exhaust temperature guages should also display this issue. If you are pitched and jetted correctly the temperature indicated should be stable and consistant throughout the cruise rpm settings and slightly lower at wide open throttle.
