All the 503 engines I've seen, have the fuel pump bolted to the engine. I would like to relocated it to near the fuel tank in my Challenger 2. Is their any problems with locating it further away from the engine? Will the pulse that drives it be sufficient if 2 to 3 feet of line is added to drive it? I'm just trying to clean up the engine area, so it doesn't look like a rats nest of hoses, wires, and cables.
