What material is the oil tank lid made of?

Currently there is no published spec on the oil tank material..  We can only  see if Rotax can provide one.

Ever figure it out? I want to weld AN-10 fittings for oil lines.

I never did figure out what material it is, I also wanted to weld AN-8 fittings but found threaded adaptors instead and used loctite 577 for sealant which should also help retain them.

Would have prefered to weld fittings on instead...
