912 ULS choke cable anchor ferrule

A friend of mine just purchased a 912ULS powered kitfox, in the middle of changing rubber. We finished this chore but disconnected the choke cables from the choke arms. One side of the choke cable had a frayed end and I was not able to get the cable end cut, leaving the little ferrule and teeny tiny set screw in the arm, where it was promptly knocked out of the assembly and went to the hanger floor, never to be seen again. Perused the parts manual but the listed exploded view doesn't contain this part, that I could see, so the question of capturing the carb end of the choke cable to the choke arm has me a bit lost on where to go from there.
