I would happily fit an Earth-X battery, I think it even has approval here in the UK, I'm just too tight to pay the price :-)

Over here it's about 3x the price that I paid for the Odyssey. Who knows, maybe next time I'll spend the extra money.

Very true but IF (?) the claimed service life is as long as advertised, the Earth X should work out a bit cheaper /annum😈

The Earth-X batteries do seem to last longer and they are better performers.

I’ve had an Odyssey 680 last for 10 years now and would not go back to a Concord or Gill. Very reliable and reasonably priced.
