Can someone give me as much info as they can on this serial number?

Trying to figure out what year it is. And if it has a sprag clutch.

    TBO: 1200 Hrs
     
    All Aircraft Rotax 900 series 4-stroke engines have a "Sprag Clutch". Are you talking about the Slipper Clutch in the reduction gearbox? If so, then the engine most likely doesn't have one, unless someone has installed it.
