I have completed the installation of my 912ULS and I need to install my Sensenich propeller, spacer, and rear spinner bulkhead to the engine flange so that I can fit the lower cowling (RANS S-19 instructions).  There are 6 Flange Bushings that came with my propeller.  These are unthreaded bushings that have a chamfer on the neck of the bushing.  I can get 2 of the 6 bushings inserted into the engine flange (by rotating them so the chamfer faces the gearbox); however, I am not able to insert the other 4 bushings unless I rotate the engine flange.  Does this sound right?  Is it OK to rotate the engine (counterclockwise when viewed from the front of the engine) even though there is no oil or fuel in the engine?  Any precautions needed?
