One additional item. Your Operating Limitations are part of your Airworthiness Certificate and are required to be in the aircraft.  Indeed now when the Airworthiness is issued the Ops Limitations are part of the same documen.

I have an injection kit from LAD in France on my 912 ULS. About 5000 €, works fine. I had to redesign fuel and electrical circuits, with 2 HP pumps and 2 batteries, in case of..

Thanks to everyone for your help here!  At a minimum it looks like I would need to return to Phase 1 and possibly more.  Its just not worth the time and effort when all I gain is saving a bit of time doing carb sync every 100 hours.  My kitfox is a blast to fly just the way it is with the 912uls.  I am just going to replace my 912uls with the exact same thing.  If I want a 912is or a 916, I will just buy a carbon cub :)

Once you understand what the carb sync gauges are telling you a carb sync only takes about 10-15 minutes depending on the plane throttle system setup.. We cover this in depth in my classes and do a real carb sync with everyone getting to see and work on it. Carb syncs are easy. The only time a carb sync may mess with your head is when the throttle system doesn't always go back to the exact spot you synced them at. Then there is nothing you can do with just a sync. It's a throttle system friction issue within the cables or something like the bends in a cable are too tight.
