Gearbox bolt leak (912uls)
Hi,
I have a 912ULS and oil is leaking from the gearbox bolts (some of them). Before torquing according to the following specs to see if it helps — is there anything I should know? From what I understand, there is Loctite on the face of the gearbox that contacts the engine to seal it. Would just torquing the bolts be sufficient, or should I remove the bolts one at a time and apply something to them? Will I disturb the sealant between the engine and the gearbox?
