power lose nad fuel pressure unstable

Hi
i install new engine rotax 912S after installation after first flight just when i put idle it give high fuel perssure when i put full throttle i gave me low fuel presure sometimes close to zero
at second flight when i put full throttle with electric pump it tends to loose power

please help

Hi Harith,

Sounds like you may have more than one problem. One issue sounds like fuel starvation if you loose rpm when advancing the throttle into the higher rpm range. It sounds like a fuel delivery issue and the system and filters should be checked. This fuel delivery issue could affect the pump pressures. Make sure if you have the new style Rotax fuel pump you have a re-circulation line in the system.
