Rotax 912 ULS Accessory Drive

in 912 / 914 Technical Questions 8 years ago
I'm upgrading instruments to electronic and no longer require a vacuum pump. Is it ok to blank the mount and leave the drive gear installed (running no-load) until the next required service, or should the drive assembly be removed? Thank you.
