912UL missfires on one ignition

Hi. Since longer time I'm fighting with strange issue. My engine run's perfect but it started to shake from time to time (every approx 5min) like it would have single missfire.
I found during flight that when I switch ignition to L then problem is all of the time and much stronger, when I switch to R problem is gone.
On ground I have around 200rpm drop on L and 100 on R.
I tried to replace L ignition module and problem was the same, I tried to swap pickup connectors and problem stays on the same module. I replaced also spark plugs and checked gap's. No change...
I bought used set of ignition coils with cables (fresh ones) and replaced all set - no change.
I found also that when I fly on L then egt is rising slightly - from 800 to 830*C. Maybe there is something with ignition timing? Maybe any other ideas?
