Comp tube port leak?

Hey guys,
912ULS Kitfox 4
I’ve noticed a bunch of gunk at the intake manifold where the compensating tube comes into the 1-3 carb. Looks a bit like fuel?. Being under vacuum most of the time I figured it wouldn’t build up if there was a leak.
Perhaps it’s some sort of sealant?
