I recently completed some avionics work where I had to remove the ACS switch. Really just amounted to unscrewing the nut in front and pushing it back into the panel to give me space to work. Anyway, on startup everything was fine (I didn't do a runup). My avionics work required me to do some calibration on the Garmin G5, I had to turn off the engine at points which worked. I finish my work and taxi it back to the hangar, I go to shut it off and the engine keeps running in the "off" position.
I haven't had a chance to look at the 912 install manual yet, figured I'd fire off the question here first. Does the "off" position ground out the ducati boxes? Maybe my ground wire is loose?
