912 Gearbox Type Change

The engine i have has a gouge in the casing so I want to replace the case only. The gearbox part number is 888560. However, I have been given a replacement gearbox part number 887703 as the donner from an engine with 100 hours that suffered a seizure. The gearbox is in perfect condition and has the same gearing ratio as my existing gearbox but has a clutch fitted and therefore i was considering replacing the whole gearbox. Other than make sure I have the matching main gear from the donner engine, are there any other considerations I need to take into account?
The gearbox will be stripped and checked in accordance with the heavy maintenance manual prior to fitting.
