Unable to get full power Rotax 914
in 912 / 914 Technical Questions

I had a flight at 11500 feet, engine runs more or less smooth except light vibration at MAP31 RPM 5000
At next take off (airport sea level) when increasing power over MAP 33, the engine power decreases sharply, almost stopped, reducing the power below MAP about 33 , runs OK, looks like a turbo problem!!!
I can't identified what could be the problem, TCU???? Waste gate stucked??? Fuel pressure valve????
Waste gate servo motor???
The carburetors have been overhauled 1 month ago, have flown 4h since that overhaul.
Any suggestion where to find the culprit??
