Just finished installing the TLR46a program and found a couple bugs and information in a couple different places. Also, the 64 bit version has a bug in it. I had to rename the .exe file from TLR46a to TLR46... Also ran into Error 68 and resolved it, needed to delete TLR46.cfg. Anyways, I made a little readme file that you can use and leave in your TLR46 folder for reference later. Let me know if it works, this was just the procedure I followed. Error troubleshooting also included.
