checked all pins and wires as well as coil with ohm meter
all normal
all that is left is a bad trigger coil and that means pulling the engine

engine pulled forward 8 inches
two coils had wide gaps over .25 and were regapped to .12-.14
still seeing about 250 rpm drop
going to rebalance carbs
