I did an oil change this weekend and used the opportunity to use my new boroscope to look inside the cylinders.  I wasn't able to turn the head of the boroscope around to look at the valves (how do people do that with the small cylinders on Rotax?), but I did take some pictures of a couple of the piston heads.  Are these OK?  I was a little startled to see what I saw, but maybe it's OK?

The engine is running perfectly fine with no engine parameters out-of-line.

Thoughts?

Also, when I started the engine after the new oil was in (and 20+ full turns of the prop), I watched the oil pressure closely and it was at 0 for a good 10 seconds before quickly jumping into the normal range.  OK?

It's possible I worry too much. ;-)
