Have you carefully examined the X1 & X2 connectors at the Rotax fusebox, and checked all fuses. Fuel injectors and coils get their power through the fusebox and are controlled by the ECU.
Have you tested the primary and secondary sides of double ignition coils 1 and 3?
I see you checked the spark plug wires, but have you checked the resistance across the spark plug boots on the affected plugs? Should be circa 5k ohms.
I have attached a complete wiring diagram in case you don’t have it.

Yes, we've checked the X1, X2, fuses, coils, plug wires, etc.
Thanks for the wiring diagram.
I will post the result of this issue when we get it figured out.

Problem solved. #3 Coil.

PS - The resistance measured within Rotax tolerances, but not enough to send voltage to the plug. We were on the low side of the tolerances.

Also worth noting... my G3X Touch would flicker the engine gauges on and off while running. Once we replaced the coil, that problem was solved as well.
