Fault Log Diagnostics

Hi all,

Analyzing the attached fault logs. The events occurred during high ambient temperature, which partially caused the high coolant temperatures. Are the ETPU synchronization events related to the high temp events? Same for the generator select event? All occurred in the same timeframe and produced a lane A light. Unable to reproduce any warnings/faults/failures again in normal ambient temperature and all sensors show good health now. TIA

This brings up my 7 year old Rotax complaint that HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED. So as to not needlessly go on this, this is it https://www.rotax-owner.com/en/912is-technical-questions/6775-buds-dongle-ecu-download-error-code-messages-reference

Any way, the only real solution is to get a hold of the experts, I use both Lockwood/Dean and now Advanced PowerPlant/Brett both of whom are helpful and knowledgeable. Great if you have plenty of time and not on a deadline with students waiting........

I would recommend running the engine with the BUDS plugged in and check the Health tab. I would recommend checking the knock sensor. How many hours are on the engine?
