    Thanks Jim, as impressive as the clips solving the problem is you getting in 100 hrs in 7 months. That is some serious flying! And do I see a Kitfox in your picture? It actually looks identical to my paint scheme.

    Update. Got the clips in and went out to put them on the plane. Only to find they were already on. I had been working off of pictures and completely forgot the shop had put the clips on at my Annual last month. (Doh) I took them off and sprayed a little deoxit in the connnections just in case. Flew it with no lights coming on.

    And the rest of the story.... as I was leaving I noticed a hangar open and stopped by. The owner had a Pipstrel w a 912is. I recognized the tech that had worked on my Annual and said hi. I pulled the clips out and asked if he recognized them. Turns out he was just telling the owner he would need to order some. I sold them to the owner on the spot.

    Sometimes the planets seem to align perfectly.
