    Your logs show multiple intermittent non-related sensor faults/failures.
    I would check the 3 big connectors on the ECU Module.
    Closely inspect and push the connectors into place.

    IF and only IF, you suspect that there is a reasonable possibility of a problem should you remove these connectors.
    These are high-reliability connections and it is only permitted to remove and reconnect the cables a total of Twenty (20) times.
    If any of the connectors are removed and reconnected, an engine logbook entry needs to be made noting the new total number of disconnections made and the number of reconnections remaining,

    After 20 reconnections the ECU is supposed to be replaced or overhauled with new connectors. $$$$ = Outch!!!

    While you are in there, check the Round connectors on the Fuse Box.

    The Cylinder Open Secondary and eTPU Faults are probably causing the misfires you experienced.

    The next time you connect the BUDS set,  Clear the logs so you are not looking at faults that happened 40 flights ago.

    Finally i replaced all the spark plugs. The problem seems to be solved now!
