Idle RPM Variation

in 915iS Technical Questions 5 months ago

Hi all.

I am facing variation in Idle rpm. 

At warm up temp it varies from 1900  to 2400 at same throttle. Can someone comment.

    Xulfi.

    We are running eight 915’s here in Magni gyros and find a similar rpm variation soon after start up. My understanding is this is caused by the engine going through its various test procedures etc. They also tend to be very throttle sensitive at this time. Have also found if not enough throttle friction they tend to creep up in rpm.
