Looking for recommendations.
Background
Previously had a 914 fitted with a differential UMA sender connected to my MGL EFIS.
Have now purchased a brand new 915iS. To monitor fuel pressure involves buying the Optional fuel pressure adapter for ROTAX® Aircraft Engines SI-PAC-024 R1 or using the unit which Lockwood aero sells (Part Number AC-LLC-269iS) with a new UMA differential sender.
Is it a necessity to have the fuel pressure monitored or a nice to have. All the engine functions will be been monitored via the CAN bus to a new MGL EFIS.
Would like to hear your thoughts, certainly simpler not to monitor fuel pressure.
Thanks Peter
