No Lane Lights, No ECU

Hi Jeff,

The capacitance seems to have bled off as I tested this morning before turning anything on.  Reading is now 0.00 from the #3 pin on the X3 connector and the Reg B ground plate.

Next issue...  Yesterday I had an indication of 12.8 Volts between Reg B ground plate and X3 pin #3, with the master ON and B/U ON.  Today...  Nothing.  This video demonstrates my issue:  https://youtu.be/HEi8xpokiDM
