If you're using an Airmaster propeller on a 915iS the prop governor is factory set to 5,000rpm when in cruise mode.

I'm under the impression that if you cruise 75% throttle or higher (possibly less) in this mode you would be lugging the engine or it would go into ECO mode.

Is this correct?

The Airmaster prop comes with a dongle that you can use on a laptop to change the different settings (take off, climb and cruise).

Sounds like setting the "cruise" setting to maintain 5,300rpm would be the way to go.
