annual exam needed

I need an annual exam done on my Flight Design CTLSi with Rotax 912iS engine. Annual needs to be done in my hangar at Bishop,CA airport since last annual was 07/09/2019.  Oil and filter changed and fuel tanks drained at that time.  The airplane is in excellent condition with only 306 hours since new (2013). It has been kept in hangar with Genius battery tender functioning.  I would like to resume flying it before winter arrives here.
