what year is my Rotax?

Looking for help figuring out what year my Ski Doo Bombardier Rotax 583 motor is... The motor number is m4986023. bore: 2 X 76mm Stroke 64mm capac: 580.7 cc made in Austria. I am trying to figure out the year of my 583 so I know the proper jetting for sea level... If anyone knows what size main jets this specific motor would take for sea level and or what year this motor is that would be very helpful!
