Previous versions of the "Selection of suitable operating fluids" Service Instruction document included this statement regarding Decalin and Alcor.

"Field experience shows that these products significantly reduce lead deposits in the combustion chamber and piston/ring assemblies and have no detrimental effect on the engine, when used in the recommended manner."

I noticed that in the latest version of that document, that statement has been removed. Also, I saw a video that claimed that, if you change to the new XPS oil, you no longer need to use Decalin when using 100LL. Is that correct?
