582 YEAR OF MANUFACTURE

HI ALL.

I BOUGTH A USED ROTAX ENGINE, BLUE TOP WITH 2 CARBURATORS, AND I'D LIKE TO KNOW THE YEAR IT WAS MANUFACTURED. I HAVE THESE NUMBERS:

1) ON THE LABEL: 5307427 AND JUST ABOVE THIS PLATE IN THE ENGINE THIS Nr: 6811410. ALSO I HAVE AN OTHER Nr AT THE END OF THE OTHERE SIDE OF THE ENGINE TO THE PROP: 6913440

IS IT POSSIBLE TO FIND THE YEAR OF THIS ENGINE?

The casting numbers are not serial numbers,, only the tag on the engine. There was never a 5307427, i believe it was stamped originally as 8307427. The first number is not a clear stamp so I can understand you perhaps reading it as a 5 and not an 8.

If that is the case this engine is:

Manufacturing Date

4/11/2000

As such it is now 25 years old. The original engine had a 300 hour or 5 year TBO from Rotax.

Please let me know the manufacturing date for our database
