Just had a friend with this same issue. he tried everything. Then he measured the voltage across the circuit breaker for the pumps and found a voltage drop. Replaced the circuit breaker and the problem was solved.

Yeah, the goo on that looks like it was threaded in previously. I’m not an AS fan.
OK so this needs to be clear, there is NO fuel pressure sensor installed on the engine from Rotax. That is usually part of the instrument suppliers to fit. They need to match their hardware/software design. So no this is not under a Rotax warranty, perhaps the OEM who built the kit or aircraft?

Ah, yes, that's true. In my case, the fuel pressure sensor was not included with the instrument panel I bought from Kitfox, as that panel is not engine specific. I bought my Garmin fuel pressure sensor from Aircraft Spruce, and my warranty claim would be through Garmin and NOT Rotax.
