Rotax maintenance schedule

I am looking at the Rotax maintenance schedule for 2-stroke engines. Mine is a 582.
"Checks and work", lines 30-35 have this listed at the appropriate hours (between the quotes): " X 6) "
At first I thought it meant "times 6", meaning you had to do it six times. But there are only 2 pistons (line 30) and 2 cylinders (line 33) so I don't think that's right.
I don't think it's a footnote because those are in the first column.
Also, item 32 has footnotes #8 and #12. But there is no footnote #12.
Anyone know the answers?
