The anti-freeze coolant tank on top of the engine did not have a rubber pad on the bottom. After breaking the system I have not been able to obtain more the 5 PSI of water pressure.
I have talked to the professions and the best information I hear is to repeatedly start the engine. This has had limited success.
When I do have the pressure up should I try to bleed out the air or try to build on what I have obtained?

    Hi Paul,

Are you boiling over or swapping a lot of fluid between the reservoir and tank?
You should be able to just fill the coolant up as it is an open circuit (provided you don't have a thermostat). Usually you don't get much if any trapped air to bleed, it takes care of itself. If you were actually getting just 5psi I would think you would be boiling over.
