the numbers, F & UL meanings

912,914,582 F & UL
Anyone know if there are meanings for the numbers? does it has any logic procedure to define it?
and about the F certified and the UL-non certified - The "F" is a short of "Far's 33" regulation, what is the UL? i did some search and found out that "UL" meaning is some safety company that give certification for products such electric product. so, Rotax company claims about some of their product that they are not UL-certified, like not safety to use? i have not understood it
