    Hi Kev.

With the diff comp test completed with the engine at operating temps or thereabouts, I guess that with the engine components expanded fully the gas escaping will be minimal. The other 3 cylinders exhibit an approximate 75/80 psi reading.

The engine in flight appears to be pulling more power (owners opinion) than before the new rings were fitted. Go figure. I have been monitoring this engine for about 2-3 years now, and in the last 12 months or so the #4 pot has begun trending lower and lower until eventually becoming out of limits during annual inspection. At no time did the owner complain of low power or anything else abnormal.

I simply can't understand how the rings have moved to align themselves after one hour of operation...
    Cheers, J
