: Could someone please tell me if all the fuel lines are 1/4 inside diameter??
Apparently the one feeding the mechanical fuel pump might ideally be 5/16 ID?

Mine are all 1/4. Should I change (the hose feeding the fuel pump) to 5/16??? And, is this the only one that might be different?
Just completed changing them all out during the mandated 5 year change. Replaced with the same size that was installed on the aircraft.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

    Hi Ron,

The feed line to the pump should be 5/16" or the metric equivalent. The fuel out from the pump to the carbs can be 1/4" or the metric equivalent.

Thanks Roger! Will change it out before my first startup.
Should be a busy weekend. Bought a dual manifold pressure guage for synchronizing my carbs too, Just have to find out the size of the compensator pipe and the hose size for the attachments.
Thanks again for being such an asset on the Rotax.owners site!!!
