5 Year Rubber Hose Replacement

Where do I get the 5 year hose replacement Kit,for the 912is?
Is there a Kit with all the Required Hose's and Clamps.
I have a Pipistrel 912is SW,do I need to Replace the Clear Vinyl Tubing as well (ie Fuel Return Line's,Gas Sight Level Tube).
