Dear sir;

I hope that you have a good time.

Concerning the subject above and by refering to rotax line maintenance manual ( look to the photo attached) you mentioned that :

1.all rubber hoses of the cooling system

2.all rubber hoses of the fuel system (incl. teflon hoses)

3. all rubber hoses of the lubrication system which are part of the engine supply volume and if they are not in the maintenance schedule of aircraft manufacturer )

All above rubber house time limit is 5 years;

I would like to have your help and I will be thankfull to you if you could identify all this rubber hose with the part number (P/N) .. because mentioning just the phrase ( just all rubber hose  ) without a specific pat number is uncertin and misleading to the operaters when change such rubber hoses, where they could miss to change one of the hoses.

It's will be great if you make amendment to your engine manual with anew list of time limit detailing this hoses with it's quantity , and part number ( mention the hose lengths if its available ).

I hope my proplem find your kindness.

Thanks in advance .

    Most of the hoses on each aircraft type can be different in type and length. You'd need to measure your hoses and or get with someone that has a plane like yours that may have already done a hose change. You can get with your aircraft's MFG or dealer and they should be able to help you with hoses.

    Mr. Rogar
    Thanks for your response.
    I get you point ; but hose part number should be in the maintenane manual in the time limit secttion , I mean a certain Part number for each hose not conflected with the IPC manual .
    It's not professional way that just mention ( all hose ). Aviation is specific field .

    Rotax doesn't supply a bunch of hoses. They supply the fuel pump setup. Each aircraft MFG dictates what type of hose and how much on each aircraft type.
    Your coolant hose from and to the radiator is not Rotax or the oil hose or the other fuel hose.
    The 17MM on top of the engine and bottom is Rotax. Depending on where your plane came from even the fuel hose off the fuel pump could be different. If you have a Rotax service center/distributor they may have hose for your use.
