Latest tech tip on needle position is confusing

The latest advice is confusding.  Needle postions are numbered in the Tech Tip in REVERSE to that in the maintenance manual, this is bound to lead to a problem sometime and should be corrected urgently.   Also, the problem of getting the screw out by heating is glossed over and is much more difficult to to do without damage than indicated.   What should be the dimensions of the screw driver and the type of loctite should be changed, the current type is way too strong heating doesn't necessarily work as I have found to my significant cost.
