My Rotax 912ULS in a Kappa KP5 gets hot in about five minutes at full power with Cyl 1 and 2 EGT going into yellow.  4800 static rpm at start drops to 4500.  The plane has been parked since October 2020 and operated normally on its last flight.  A recent flight around the airport ended with high EGT and rough running.  A subsequent ground runup got the same results.

Everything is clean and normal and I am out of ideas on where to look.

Sound like you are slowly leaning out.
I would look at the fuel system.

After reading appropriate docs it looks like the five years on rubber parts has passed and carbs need overhaul.  Does anyone have any shop recommendations?

Before you go blindly replacing rubber parts and overhauling carbs for no reason, I would determine why you are running hot.
Look in the Carb bowls for debris.
Check the fuel pressure at the carb inlets, Engine ON.
    Are your Chokes operating correctly?
    Is your radiator full?
