Grease on propeller hub

Hi all,
Please forgive the rookie question.
I recently took delivery of a new 912is for my homebuilt aircraft. After I unpacked everything, I noticed a film of grease all over the prop hub. I assume this is added for protection during shipping and storage. I'm looking for some guidance on the best thing to use for cleaning off the grease, which I assume must be done before I install the prop extension and propeller. Pics attached.
