I'm in the pacific northwest and I've been burned by a particularly bad mechanic. My Rotax has more issues now than when I dropped it off and I don't want to take it back to the same person. How do y'all recommend finding an actual quality mechanic, not just a certified one. I need someone who understands the scientific method, has a strong understanding of electro-motive force and electronic interference, and can find an oil leak.
