Spell check

Howdy Admin,

For some reason this is still the only site on my computer that will not allow spell check. No matter where I go on my computer spell check is always working and active. It does not work here. Could someone check under the site programing and see if there is an issue. It would be interesting to know if anyone else has had spell check issues?

    Funny, I actually prefer it without auto spellcheck.  Another site I visit frequently is always trying to slip in a word I DON'T want, and it drives me crazy.  I wish I knew how to turn it off.  Someone there told me it was my browser, but that's clearly not the case as I am using the same browser for this site.

    Spellcheck is available, just not enabled by default.

    You can toggle it on by clicking on the little edit window icon "abc" with a green checkmark under it...

    (it's located between the 'emoticons" icon and the 'custom character' icon...)

    So each post you must select that? There isn't a way to turn it on and leave it on?

    Sorry Roger! It's off by default for everyone - if you want it on for a post, you do have to turn it on. Maybe that will change in some future iteration of the software...
