New forum format

Not sure the old forum format needed changing. The new format on an IPad is kind of messed up and just odd on a standard computer.

The font size is too small. It is smaller than previous.

Unfortunately, we were recently forced by some framework deprecation issues to move to newer versions of software. (Our old versions now unsupported, and had developed some security holes). I've darkened and enlarged the text, but other tweaks may take some time to implement (The newer "modern" software offers vastly less flexibility in configuration, so changes have to be hacked in, rather than just 'flip a switch').

I hope to get things hammered back into shape ASAP. Your comments and suggestions are always very welcome!
