High idle speed on 582

My 582 blue head has suddenly developed an idle speed that won't go below about 2670. Problem started suddenly. The engine is equipped with a clutch and will normally idle nicely at about 1700.
Other engine parameters EGT, CHT indicate one cylinder is not coming to idle. IE temps on one cylinder are much higher than the other.
