rotax 503 - consulta
good day people !! My name is Raul and I live in Argentina, I have an experimental plane with a 503 rotax engine. I have a problem, and I ask if you can help me. I swapped my old single ignition engine for a ducati ignition dual carb dual ignition engine. The gearbox is 2.58 to 1, I have a warp drive propeller, when changing the motor it informs me an egt of 980, cht of 200 but it does not exceed 6100 rpm on the ground. The engine was replaced with rings and the cylinders were burnished. Could someone tell me why it is under the egt? The jet that it has is 148. Thank you !!!! greetings from Argentina.-
buen dia gente !! mi nombre es Raul y vivo en Argentina, tengo un avion experimental con un motor rotax 503. Tengo un problema, y pido si me pueden ayudar. Cambie mi viejo motor de encendido simple, por uno de doble encendido con doble carburador y encendido ducati. La reductora es 2.58 a 1, tengo una helice warp drive, al cambiar el motor el mismo me informa una egt de 980, cht de 200 pero no pasa de las 6100 rpm en tierra. Al motor se le cambiaron aros y se bruño los cilindros. Alguien podria indicarme porque es bajo el egt?, el chicler que lleva es 148. gracias !!!! saludos desde Argentina
